On November 25th, the GEG Weekly Seminar will discuss the EU’s latest Arctic policy. The discussion will be based on a paper written by Arthur Amelot, Aleksis Oreschnikoff and Emilie Canova in which they examine how the EU’s approach towards the Arctic and its narrative regarding engagement in the region’s affairs have evolved over time.
