The discussions will be based on a paper written by Saiph Savage, Ishan Sharma, Cristina Martinez Pinto, and Victor Storchan, with a foreword by Patrice Geoffron, in which they propose a concrete solution to manage these misinformation campaigns in the form of a decentralized global disinformation research cloud.
