The fight against transnational corruption has long remained the prerogative of the United States. Nowadays, the first resolution agreements coordinated among several States testify to a global awareness. Astrid Mignon-Colombet takes stock of the situation and asks a question : could transnational negotiated justice become the cornerstone of an organized extraterritoriality ?
