Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser pour cela.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/10\/06\/lere-de-la-guerre-politique\/\">une pi\u00e8ce de doctrine parue dans le&nbsp; Grand Continent<\/a>, les chercheurs Kevin Limonier et Jonathan Guiffard d\u00e9fendent l&#8217;id\u00e9e selon laquelle, pour comprendre ce que Poutine et Trump font sur le continent europ\u00e9en, la notion de \u00ab guerre hybride \u00bb est devenue inad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils proposent de la remplacer par celle de \u00abguerre politique\u00bb, qu\u2019il d\u00e9finissent par une intention et une d\u00e9cision : celle prise par un \u00c9tat de chercher la subversion politique et id\u00e9ologique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me adverse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette guerre politique se traduit par diff\u00e9rentes pratiques : diplomatie coercitive ; soutien politique et financier \u00e0 des partis ou des figures politiques ; ing\u00e9rence \u00e9lectorale ; mise en place clandestine de m\u00e9dias ; recrutement d\u2019agents d\u2019influence ; d\u00e9sinformation et propagande ; agit-prop et troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept de \u00abguerre hybride\u00bb est-il trompeur ?
