Elle a conseill\u00e9 les gouvernements de l\u2019Inde et d\u2019autres pays \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission de l\u2019Andhra Pradesh sur le bien-\u00eatre des agriculteurs en 2004, et membre de la Commission nationale de la connaissance aupr\u00e8s du Premier ministre indien (2005-2009).\r\n\r\nElle est secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutive de l\u2019International Development Economics Associates (www.networkideas.org), un r\u00e9seau international d\u2019\u00e9conomistes h\u00e9t\u00e9rodoxes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9veloppement. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 consultante pour plusieurs organisations internationales, dont l\u2019OIT, le PNUD, la CNUCED, l\u2019UN-DESA, l\u2019UNRISD et l\u2019ONU Femmes.
