Elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole normale sup\u00e9rieure de Fontenay, \u00e0 la Sorbonne et \u00e0 Sciences Po Paris jusqu\u2019au doctorat en 1989 et \u00e0 l\u2019habilitation \u00e0 diriger des recherches en 2002. Membre de l\u2019UMR 8138 Sirice et du Labex EHNE, ses recherches portent sur l\u2019Allemagne dans les relations internationales, l\u2019histoire de la R\u00e9publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande contemporaine et les relations franco-allemandes en Europe. Ses trois derniers livres sont Le d\u00e9fi europ\u00e9en. Histoire franco-allemande de 1963 \u00e0 nos jours (Villeneuve d\u2019Ascq, Septentrion, 2011) ; 50 ans de relations franco-allemandes, avec Reiner Marcowitz (dir.), (Paris, Nouveau Monde, 2012), et une biographie : Willy Brandt (Paris, Fayard, 2013). Elle est membre du conseil scientifique de plusieurs grandes institutions historiques allemandes et
