L'ann\u00e9e suivante, Yang a fond\u00e9 la start-up \u00e9ducative Manhattan Prep, dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 le PDG et le pr\u00e9sident jusqu'en 2011. \r\n\r\nPar la suite, Yang fonde Venture for America, une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui forme les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et les jeunes professionnels \u00e0 travailler pour des entreprises en d\u00e9marrage.
