Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 consultante sur la r\u00e9forme des retraites pour la Banque mondiale.\r\n\r\nDe novembre 2011 \u00e0 avril 2013, elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de ministre du Travail et des Politiques sociales du gouvernement Monti de 2011 \u00e0 2013. \u00c0 ce titre, elle a conduit les r\u00e9formes italiennes des retraites et du march\u00e9 du travail.
