Avant cela, il \u00e9tait le conseiller \u00e9conomique d'Emmanuel Macron au minist\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais de l'\u00c9conomie et des Finances, o\u00f9 il se concentrait sur les affaires \u00e9conomiques europ\u00e9ennes. Entre 2012 et 2014, M. Vall\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 le conseiller \u00e9conomique du pr\u00e9sident du Conseil europ\u00e9en, Herman Van Rompuy. Cette exp\u00e9rience l'a plac\u00e9 au c\u0153ur des discussions de politique \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9enne depuis 2012, en particulier sur les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la zone euro et \u00e0 la coordination des politiques internationales (FMI, G20). Ayant commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en travaillant pour les v\u00e9hicules d'investissement social et l'entrepreneuriat en Afrique, il a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 comme chercheur invit\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruegel, un groupe de r\u00e9flexion \u00e9conomique bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles, et comme \u00e9conomiste pour une banque d'investissement mondiale \u00e0 Londres.\r\n\r\nShahin Vall\u00e9e ach\u00e8ve actuellement un doctorat en \u00e9conomie politique \u00e0 la London School of Economics and Political Science. Il est titulaire d'une ma\u00eetrise de l'universit\u00e9 Columbia \u00e0 New York, d'un dipl\u00f4me en affaires publiques de Sciences Po \u00e0 Paris et d'un dipl\u00f4me de premier cycle en \u00e9conom\u00e9trie de la
