Les pays pr\u00e9sents sur la liste ne repr\u00e9sentent que \u00ab&#160;2&#160;% des pertes de recettes fiscales au niveau mondial&#160;\u00bb, ont not\u00e9 les d\u00e9put\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Le Brexit a chang\u00e9 la donne<\/strong>&#160;: parmi les territoires vis\u00e9s par le Parlement se trouvent notamment les \u00celes Vierges britanniques, Jersey et Guernesey. Avec le Brexit, la possibilit\u00e9 de blocage de la part du Royaume-Uni a \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9e, d\u00e9monstration du poids qu\u2019ont les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Union, lorsque ce sont leurs propres territoires qui sont accus\u00e9s de manque de coop\u00e9ration fiscale.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/P4f7T\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Union<\/strong>, la question du classement du Luxembourg, l\u2019Irlande, des Pays-Bas et Malte comme juridictions fiscales non coop\u00e9ratives est encore tabou. L\u2019unanimit\u00e9 reste requise pour toute d\u00e9cision en mati\u00e8re fiscale.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Des solutions unilat\u00e9rales&#160;?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab&#160;L\u2019unanimit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re fiscale est une impasse. La bonne solution consiste \u00e0 avancer unilat\u00e9ralement&#160;: la France pourrait demain, toute seule, d\u00e9cider qu\u2019elle va taxer diff\u00e9remment les multinationales, en ventilant leurs profits mondiaux proportionnellement \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 leurs ventes sont faites. Donc si Apple fait 10&#160;% de ses ventes mondiales en France, 10&#160;% de ses profits mondiaux seraient taxables en France.
