{"id":9882,"date":"2018-11-11T22:00:41","date_gmt":"2018-11-11T21:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/?p=9882"},"modified":"2019-04-05T18:16:31","modified_gmt":"2019-04-05T16:16:31","slug":"total-prefere-les-etats-unis-a-liran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2018\/11\/11\/total-prefere-les-etats-unis-a-liran\/","title":{"rendered":"Total pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e0 L\u2019Iran"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>San Diego.<\/em> Lundi dernier, Total et Sempra Energy ont annonc\u00e9 un accord pour d\u00e9velopper des projets d&rsquo;exportation de GNL am\u00e9ricain. \u00ab&#160;Dans le cadre de ce protocole d&rsquo;accord, Sempra Energy et Total poursuivront prioritairement le d\u00e9veloppement des projets Cameron LNG en Louisiane et Energ\u00eda Costa Azul (ECA) en Basse-Californie, au Mexique&#160;\u00bb, ont indiqu\u00e9 les deux groupes dans un communiqu\u00e9 commun (<strong>3<\/strong>). Total pourra r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 9 millions de tonnes de GNL par an des projets Cameron LNG Phase 2 et ECA. Le groupe fran\u00e7aise d\u00e9tient 16,6 pour cent de Cameron LNG depuis le rachat des activit\u00e9s GNL d&rsquo;Engie cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Une position strat\u00e9gique qui justifie sa d\u00e9cision de quitter l\u2019Iran en ao\u00fbt sous la menace des sanctions am\u00e9ricaines (<strong>1<\/strong>). Bien que les ressources du champs iranien South Pars soient immenses, ce sont les \u00c9tats-Unis qui offrent les plus belles perspectives d\u2019avenir pour Total dans le GNL. En effet, le pays se r\u00eave en leader du secteur. Selon l\u2019AIE, fin 2022, la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;exportation de GNL des \u00c9tats-Unis serait de 107 bcm sur une capacit\u00e9 mondiale de 650 bcm tandis que la demande s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 460 bcm (<strong>2<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L&rsquo;ensemble de la premi\u00e8re phase du projet Cameron LNG devrait d\u00e9marrer l&rsquo;an prochain, avec une capacit\u00e9 de liqu\u00e9faction de 14 millions de tonnes par an. L&rsquo;accord conclu avec Sempra Energy pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement que Total puisse devenir actionnaire du projet ECA LNG.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4
