La nouvelle l\u00e9gislation sur les services num\u00e9riques reposera sur deux piliers, le Digital Service Act et le Digital Markets Act. Lorsqu\u2019ils entreront en vigueur, ces deux textes devraient permettre pour la premi\u00e8re fois d\u2019encadrer et contr\u00f4ler les activit\u00e9s des g\u00e9ants du num\u00e9rique.<\/li><li><strong>Le Digital Services Act<\/strong>&nbsp;vise \u00e0 responsabiliser les fournisseurs de services num\u00e9riques en les for\u00e7ant \u00e0 plus de transparence. Le but&#160;: accro\u00eetre la lisibilit\u00e9 des algorithmes utilis\u00e9s, ou encore d\u2019emp\u00eacher la diffusion de contenus et la vente de marchandises illicites en ligne.<\/li><li><strong>Le Digital Markets Act<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u2019appliquera sp\u00e9cifiquement aux grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contr\u00f4lant au moins un service de plateformes essentiel comme Google ou Facebook. Elles devront se conformer \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d\u2019obligations et d\u2019interdictions visant \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les abus de position dominante et les pratiques anticoncurrentielles, notamment vis-\u00e0-vis des entreprises qui d\u00e9pendent des GAFAM pour offrir leurs services.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium
