Le territoire de Hong Kong est aujourd\u2019hui devenu l\u2019un des sujets majeurs de politique int\u00e9rieure pour le r\u00e9gime chinois.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L\u2019ann\u00e9e du PCC.<\/strong>\u00a0Le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=2cd27c0965&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">centenaire<\/a>\u00a0du parti communiste chinois sera c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 en juillet. Avec cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement et sa mise en sc\u00e8ne, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 sera probablement marqu\u00e9e par un effort accru pour masquer les contestations internes qui ferait office de trouble-f\u00eate.<\/li><li><strong>Hong Kong en diplomatie<\/strong>. La r\u00e9pression des manifestations et la n\u00e9gation des revendications pro-d\u00e9mocraties par la Chine sont sources de critiques et de menaces de sanctions. La r\u00e9solution du Parlement fait suite \u00e0 la conclusion fin d\u00e9cembre de l\u2019accord Union-Chine sur les investissements, jug\u00e9 trop timide sur les questions du respect des droits de l\u2019homme, de Hong Kong et des Ou\u00efghours.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9alisme et compromis<\/strong>. Selon Luuk van Middelaar, \u00ab&#160;l\u2019Union a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Chine de ratifier les conventions fondamentales de l\u2019Organisation internationale du travail sur le travail forc\u00e9&#160;; Xi a promis de faire de son mieux. Est-ce suffisant&#160;? Pour le Parlement europ\u00e9en, qui doit approuver l\u2019accord, probablement pas. Devrions-nous pour autant cesser de dialoguer avec la Chine sur le climat, les droits de l\u2019homme, le commerce, le Moyen-Orient&#160;?
