Il ne devrait m\u00eame pas y avoir de second tour car le pr\u00e9sident De Sousa, candidat du Parti social-d\u00e9mocrate, caracole largement au-dessus du seuil de majorit\u00e9 absolue.<\/li><li><strong>La transnationale nationaliste europ\u00e9enne s\u2019est remise en route<\/strong>. Dans la lign\u00e9e des convergences n\u00e9es lors de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=44539a73d5&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campagne des europ\u00e9ennes de 2019<\/a>,&nbsp; Marine Le Pen est all\u00e9e soutenir d\u00e9but janvier le candidat antisyst\u00e8me Ventura, avant d\u2019aller rencontrer Salvini. Mais le Portugal demeure pour l\u2019heure le seul pays d\u2019Europe occidentale sans r\u00e9elle force politique d\u2019extr\u00eame-droite ou de droite nationale d\u2019envergure.<\/li><li><strong>La pr\u00e9sidence portugaise du Conseil de l\u2019Union<\/strong>. Si le responsable portugais qui si\u00e8ge au Conseil europ\u00e9en est le PM socialiste Costa, il n\u2019en demeure pas moins que la probable r\u00e9\u00e9lection de De Sousa va stabiliser le d\u00e9but de la pr\u00e9sidence portugaise du Conseil de l\u2019Union.<\/li><li><strong>La politique migratoire<\/strong>. En 2018, le Portugal d\u00e9tonnait par rapport \u00e0 ses voisins europ\u00e9ens en soulignant qu\u2019il souhaitait accueillir davantage de migrants. Alors que ce semestre devrait permettre de forger le Pacte sur la migration et l\u2019asile et la r\u00e9forme de Schengen, la pr\u00e9sidence portugaise du Conseil de l\u2019Union semble une bonne nouvelle. Cette semaine, l\u2019Agence des Nations Unies pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s a ainsi appel\u00e9 le Portugal \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;faire preuve de leadership&#160;\u00bb et \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;mieux
