Il remplace Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer (<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=ce3076c690&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AKK<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ombre et lumi\u00e8re du merk\u00e9lisme depuis 2017<\/strong>. Merkel a remport\u00e9 les \u00e9lections de 2017 sans triomphe, se voyant ainsi contrainte \u00e0 de longs mois de n\u00e9gociations pour, ensuite, se rabattre sur une \u00e9ni\u00e8me \u00ab&#160;<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=880e07e68e&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grande coalition<\/a>&#160;\u00bb avec le SPD. En 2018, elle quittait la pr\u00e9sidence de la CDU, laissant la place \u00e0 AKK qui, apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9pisode de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=b240857c6c&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thuringe<\/a>&nbsp;en f\u00e9vrier 2020, renon\u00e7ait \u00e0 la candidature pour les \u00e9lections f\u00e9d\u00e9rales de septembre. Mais ce lent d\u00e9clin du merk\u00e9lisme s\u2019est finalement transform\u00e9 en triomphe pour la chanceli\u00e8re dans sa gestion de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/EW9Hf\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pas de femme pour succ\u00e9der \u00e0 Merkel<\/strong>. Les d\u00e9mocrates-chr\u00e9tiens ont choisi lors d\u2019un congr\u00e8s num\u00e9rique le rempla\u00e7ant de\u00a0M. Kramp-Karrenbauer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence. Trois hommes \u00e9taient en lice&#160;: Armin Laschet, Friedrich Merz (qui a re\u00e7u 466 voix face \u00e0 Laschet) et Norbert R\u00f6ttgen (qui, ayant obtenu 224 voix au premier tour, s&rsquo;est retir\u00e9 avant le deuxi\u00e8me tour).\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Mais le pr\u00e9sident de la CDU ne sera peut-\u00eatre pas le candidat de septembre<\/strong>. \u00ab&#160;La candidature de Markus S\u00f6der, actuel ministre-pr\u00e9sident de Bavi\u00e8re, chef de la CSU (le parti fr\u00e8re bavarois de la CDU), est de plus en plus populaire et s\u2019est r\u00e9cemment enrichie de l\u2019appui substantiel de Wolfgang Sch\u00e4uble.&#160;\u00bb<\/li><li><strong>Une coalition verdie.<\/strong>\u00a0Le choix du candidat au poste de chancelier de la CDU-CSU sera crucial dans le jeu de la coalition.
