Trente candidats sont en lice pour le remplacer.<\/li><li><strong>Biom\u00e9trie et lutte contre la fraude.&nbsp;<\/strong>Massivement utilis\u00e9es dans le reste de l\u2019Afrique, les cartes \u00e9lectorales biom\u00e9triques sont pour la premi\u00e8re fois introduites au Niger.
