La guerre civile s\u00e9vit toujours dans le pays. En cette fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, les tentatives pour une sortie n\u00e9goci\u00e9e de la guerre ont eu quelques r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Un accord de cessez-le-feu<\/strong>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 23 octobre dernier par le comit\u00e9 militaire mixte 5+5 repr\u00e9sentant les deux forces en conflit \u2013 le Gouvernement d\u2019union nationale (GAN) d\u2019el-Sarraj et l\u2019Arm\u00e9e nationale libyenne (ANL) dirig\u00e9e par le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Haftar. Il est toujours en vigueur.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e9gociations.<\/strong>&nbsp;75 repr\u00e9sentants libyens se sont r\u00e9unis sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de l\u2019ONU, au sein du Forum du dialogue politique libyen, pour tenter d\u2019organiser une sortie du conflit.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9lections.<\/strong>&nbsp;Les participants se sont mis d\u2019accord sur la tenue d\u2019\u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles et l\u00e9gislatives le 24 d\u00e9cembre 2021.
