{"id":93861,"date":"2020-12-07T11:05:03","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T10:05:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=93861"},"modified":"2020-12-07T15:42:13","modified_gmt":"2020-12-07T14:42:13","slug":"hier-on-a-vote-en-roumanie-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2020\/12\/07\/hier-on-a-vote-en-roumanie-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Hier, on a vot\u00e9 en Roumanie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hier, les Roumains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9s aux urnes dans le cadre des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives, afin de renouveler les deux chambres du Parlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats.<\/strong>&nbsp;Le Parti social d\u00e9mocrate (PSD, gauche conservatrice) est arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate avec 29&nbsp;&#160;% des voix, suivi par le Parti national lib\u00e9ral (PNL, centre-droit) qui en a obtenu 25&nbsp;&#160;%.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Hse3M\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le taux de participation\u00a0<\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 31,84&#160;%, en baisse par rapport \u00e0 2016 (39&#160;%). Plus de 250 000 Roumains ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Il s\u2019agit du plus faible taux de vote dans l\u2019histoire post-communiste, ce qui contraste notamment avec la pr\u00e9sence au vote (51,7&#160;%) aux \u00e9lections europ\u00e9ennes de 2019.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>La grande surprise du scrutin<\/strong>\u00a0est l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de l\u2019Alliance pour l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9 des Roumains (AUR, extr\u00eame droite, proche de l\u2019\u00c9glise orthodoxe) au Parlement. Parti cr\u00e9\u00e9 en septembre 2019, celui-ci milite pour l\u2019unification de la Roumanie et de la Moldavie, \u00ab&#160;la protection de la famille, de la foi et de la patrie&#160;\u00bb. En ce qui concerne la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re, AUR se d\u00e9crit comme \u00e9tant pour une Europe des nations, oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 une Europe f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Fait \u00e0 noter, AUR a recueilli 30&#160;% des votes de la diaspora.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>La ligne politique<\/strong>\u00a0de ce nouveau parti n\u2019est pas sans rappeler celle du PiS polonais ou du Fidesz d\u2019Orban. Est-ce la fin de l\u2019exception roumaine&#160;?\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Quelle coalition&#160;?<\/strong>\u00a0Ludovic Orban (PNL) va (probablement) rester Premier ministre \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019une coalition (fragile) de centre-droit avec l\u2019Alliance USR Plus et (peut-\u00eatre) UDMR (Union d\u00e9mocrate magyare de Roumanie).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Les prochaines \u00e9lections auront lieu en 2024.<\/strong> Cela ouvre une opportunit\u00e9 pour la mise en place du plan de relance annonc\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9, mais aussi pour l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage du pr\u00e9sident Klaus Iohannis dont le mandat a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par des grandes p\u00e9riodes de cohabitation avec les sociaux-d\u00e9mocrates.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Que faut-il retenir des \u00e9lections roumaines d&rsquo;hier&#160;&#160;?
