Ils aborderont en particulier la question du respect de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de droit dans l\u2019Union.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pas de fonds europ\u00e9ens sans \u00c9tat de droit.<\/strong>\u00a0Un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu la semaine derni\u00e8re pour conditionner le versement des fonds europ\u00e9ens du budget 2021-2027 au respect de l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit. Les r\u00e9formes judiciaires en Pologne constituent un danger pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Union&lt;\/a&gt;, Le Grand Continent, 27 janvier 2020'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Politisation<\/strong>&#160;: la tactique du pouvoir hongrois consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer un traitement diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 de la Hongrie et de ses alli\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de droit, sans jamais entrer dans le c\u0153ur des accusations. \u00ab&#160;Le syst\u00e8me de surveillance du pluralisme des m\u00e9dias note un risque important concernant la pluralit\u00e9 du champ m\u00e9diatique en Finlande. Mais bien s\u00fbr, le chapitre finnois du rapport de la Commission sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de droit reste silencieux l\u00e0-dessus&#160;\u00bb,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=4a8ecaa9f3&amp;e=f9b412825a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9clarait<\/a>\u00a0la ministre hongroise de la justice hongroise.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota bene<\/strong>&#160;:\u00a0En Pologne, la d\u00e9cision du Tribunal constitutionnel visant \u00e0 limiter le droit \u00e0 l\u2019avortement a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendue \u00e0 la suite des importantes manifestations qui ont lieu depuis fin octobre contre le gouvernement conservateur.
