D\u2019autre part, la seconde question sera \u00ab&#160;Quel type d\u2019organisme doit r\u00e9diger la nouvelle Constitution&#160;?&#160;\u00bb mais elle ne s\u2019appliquera \u00e9videmment que si la premi\u00e8re aboutit \u00e0 une r\u00e9ponse positive. Il existe deux r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me question&#160;: une nouvelle assembl\u00e9e totalement \u00e9lue pour l\u2019occasion, ou une assembl\u00e9e mixte rassemblant pour moiti\u00e9 des parlementaires d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place et pour moiti\u00e9 des membres \u00e9lus.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/tw6IP\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/7783U\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le choix du nouveau<\/strong>. Les sondages montrent que les Chiliens devraient massivement dire oui \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re question et ensuite choisir une convention constitutionnelle totalement nouvellement \u00e9lue. Il faut cependant noter que depuis les premiers sondages de novembre 2019, la recrudescence des personnes qui ne se prononcent pas (NSP) est tr\u00e8s importante.<\/li><li><strong>La fin du mod\u00e8le n\u00e9o-lib\u00e9ral&#160;?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab&#160;Derri\u00e8re le pr\u00e9tendu miracle du mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique mis en place par les Chicago Boys de Milton Friedman lors de la dictature, de profondes in\u00e9galit\u00e9s coexistent avec les richesses canalis\u00e9es par les \u00e9lites politique et \u00e9conomique du pays.
