{"id":87645,"date":"2020-10-17T11:19:25","date_gmt":"2020-10-17T09:19:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=87645"},"modified":"2020-10-18T21:58:29","modified_gmt":"2020-10-18T19:58:29","slug":"pandemie-et-pauvrete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2020\/10\/17\/pandemie-et-pauvrete\/","title":{"rendered":"Pand\u00e9mie et pauvret\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, samedi 17 octobre, a lieu la Journ\u00e9e mondiale pour l\u2019\u00e9radication de la pauvret\u00e9, au moment o\u00f9 la pand\u00e9mie va faire repartir les taux de pauvret\u00e9 \u00e0 la hausse pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 20 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>150 millions.&nbsp;<\/strong>C\u2019est le nombre de personnes qui, selon un rapport de la Banque mondiale, pourraient passer sous le seuil de l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9 (1,90 $\/jour) d\u2019ici la fin 2021 du fait de la crise \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie. La seule crise qui a accru la pauvret\u00e9 mondiale au cours des 30 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 la crise financi\u00e8re asiatique de 1997-1998.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Une forte augmentation de la pauvret\u00e9 dans les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s.<\/strong>&nbsp;En France, pas moins d\u20191 million de personnes ont bascul\u00e9 dans la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de la crise sanitaire, selon les acteurs associatifs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/lC5ie\/6\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Taux de mortalit\u00e9 et taux de pauvret\u00e9<\/strong>. La mortalit\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 de 88\u00a0&#160;% dans les communes les plus pauvres des d\u00e9partements infect\u00e9s, contre 50\u202f&#160;% pour les autres communes de ces d\u00e9partements. L\u2019effet de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie sur la mortalit\u00e9 est donc quasiment deux fois plus important dans les communes les plus pauvres.&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span
