Lors de sa passation de pouvoir \u00e0 Jean Castex en juillet dernier, l\u2019ex-Premier ministre fran\u00e7ais Edouard Philippe l\u2019a soulign\u00e9&#160;:\u00a0 \u00ab&#160;Vous verrez [\u2026], \u00e0 Matignon on parle beaucoup de Nouvelle-Cal\u00e9donie.
