Stockholm<\/em>. Stefan L\u00f6fven, l\u2019ex-premier ministre social-d\u00e9mocrate su\u00e9dois d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions mercredi, est actuellement sous le feu des critiques pour sa politique europ\u00e9enne. Plusieurs politiques de l\u2019Alliance de la droite ainsi que des \u00e9ditorialistes accusent l\u2019ancien premier ministre de s\u2019\u00eatre trop impliqu\u00e9 dans le volet social de la politique europ\u00e9enne, au d\u00e9triment des grandes n\u00e9gociations. En arrivant au pouvoir en 2014, le premier ministre a en effet milit\u00e9 au sein du Conseil europ\u00e9en pour une l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne sur le plan social (1<\/strong>). Le sommet de G\u00f6teborg \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2017 a consacr\u00e9 cette politique en mettant en place des r\u00e8glements sur les discussions entre partenaires sociaux mais aussi sur les contrats de travail. Plusieurs syndicats et partis politiques sont pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par ce qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme une ing\u00e9rence europ\u00e9enne et une perte de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance su\u00e9doise en mati\u00e8re de politique sociale (2<\/strong>). Les Mod\u00e9r\u00e9s, qui dirigent la coalition de droite susceptible de former un gouvernement, ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9s qu\u2019ils reviendraient sur cette d\u00e9cision. Pour les principaux repr\u00e9sentants de la droite, il s\u2019agit de laisser la politique sociale aux \u00c9tats membres, et de reprendre une place importante \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus largement, il faut dire que l\u2019Union a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement oubli\u00e9e par la campagne qui vient de se d\u00e9rouler en Su\u00e8de. Le gouvernement de L\u00f6fven est ainsi critiqu\u00e9 pour avoir rendu la Su\u00e8de inaudible \u00e0 Bruxelles. Cette ann\u00e9e, les principaux ministres su\u00e9dois n\u2019ont pas assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions pr\u00e9paratoires pour le budget de 2020 (4<\/strong>). Ce budget de long terme, vot\u00e9 tous les 7 ans, oriente la politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Union. Le budget de 2020, qui doit notamment compenser le d\u00e9part du Royaume-Uni, pr\u00e9voit notamment que la contribution su\u00e9doise annuelle passe \u00e0 50 milliards de couronnes contre 40 milliards actuellement (3<\/strong>). Lors des derni\u00e8res r\u00e9unions du printemps et de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, quasiment aucun ministre ou repr\u00e9sentant su\u00e9dois ne s\u2019est rendu \u00e0 Bruxelles.
