En f\u00e9vrier 2019, les \u00c9tats-Unis et la Russie ont annonc\u00e9 se retirer du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=fadb45905a&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trait\u00e9 sur les forces nucl\u00e9aires \u00e0 port\u00e9e interm\u00e9diaire (TNI)<\/a>.
