Face aux contestations, le gouvernement de Hassan Diab a d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 le 10 ao\u00fbt dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Seconde visite d\u2019Emmanuel Macron<\/strong>&#160;: le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais, qui s\u2019\u00e9tait rendu \u00e0 Beyrouth au lendemain de l\u2019explosion, sera de nouveau au Liban ce mardi. La conf\u00e9rence internationale organis\u00e9e par la France et l\u2019ONU le 9 ao\u00fbt a permis de rassembler une aide 250 millions d\u2019\u20ac (dont une participation fran\u00e7aise de 30 millions).&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>In\u00e9galit\u00e9s<\/strong>&#160;: les 1&#160;% d\u2019adultes les plus riches re\u00e7oivent environ un quart du revenu national total, ce qui place le Liban parmi les pays les plus in\u00e9gaux du monde. Seuls les plus riches ont vu leur niveau de vie s\u2019accro\u00eetre (de 5 \u00e0 15&#160;%) depuis 2005. Les 50&#160;% les plus pauvres ont quant \u00e0 eux vu leur revenu diminuer de 15&#160;%, et les 10&#160;% les plus pauvres, de 25&#160;%&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span longue liste de mesures d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 la crise \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re actuelle du Liban.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Manifestations&#160;:<\/strong>&nbsp;quatre aspects font la particularit\u00e9 du mouvement de contestations n\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019 et prolong\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019explosion du port de Beyrouth.&nbsp;<strong>(1)&nbsp;<\/strong>Ce sont les manifestations les plus importantes depuis 15 ans (depuis l\u2019assassinat en 2005 du Premier ministre Rafiq al-Hariri),<strong>&nbsp;(2)<\/strong>&nbsp;elles sont spontan\u00e9es, non dirig\u00e9es par des partis politiques,&nbsp;<strong>(3)<\/strong>&nbsp;elles se sont
