{"id":8136,"date":"2018-09-16T22:00:42","date_gmt":"2018-09-16T20:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/?p=8136"},"modified":"2019-04-06T20:16:50","modified_gmt":"2019-04-06T18:16:50","slug":"pakistan-des-changements-limites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2018\/09\/16\/pakistan-des-changements-limites\/","title":{"rendered":"Pakistan&#160;: des changements limit\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Islamabad.<\/em> \u00c0 l\u2019occasion de son accession au poste de Premier ministre, Human Rights Watch (HRW) a adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Imran Khan une lettre rappelant leurs attentes en termes de respect de l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit et d\u2019une justice \u00e9quitable, concernant, entre autres, la libert\u00e9 de croyance. La p\u00e9tulante, et r\u00e9cemment nomm\u00e9e au portefeuille des droits de l\u2019homme, Shireen Mazari a alors r\u00e9pondu que le gouvernement connaissait ses obligations en ce domaine, invitant plut\u00f4t HRW \u00e0 s\u2019occuper du sort des musulmans au Cachemire indien et en Palestine ainsi que de l\u2019islamophobie en Occident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imran Khan avait promis un \u00ab&#160;nouveau Pakistan&#160;\u00bb et une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 inclusive qui serait en fait le Pakistan r\u00eav\u00e9 par Jinnah, exempt de corruption et pr\u00f4nant la tol\u00e9rance religieuse. Il a pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur ce dernier point apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u2019experts charg\u00e9 de faire des recommandations pour r\u00e9former l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Parmi eux se trouvait Atif Mian, professeur reconnu de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Princeton (New Jersey) qui a le tort d\u2019appartenir \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 des Ahmadis qui reconna\u00eet pour proph\u00e8te Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, un r\u00e9formateur musulman du 19e si\u00e8cle. L\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019il puisse y avoir un autre proph\u00e8te que Mahomet est h\u00e9r\u00e9tique pour le clerg\u00e9 sur lequel s\u2019aligne une bonne partie de la classe politique, laissant ainsi le champ libre \u00e0 l\u2019expression d\u2019une bigoterie exclusive. Depuis 1974, la Constitution ne reconna\u00eet d\u2019ailleurs pas le droit aux Ahmadis de se dire musulmans, ce qui leur vaut d\u2019\u00eatre victimes de pers\u00e9cution (<strong>1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que la mont\u00e9e en puissance du Tehrik-i-Labbaik, un parti religieux vindicatif professant une vision extensive du blasph\u00e8me, s\u2019est confirm\u00e9e lors des derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections, Imran Khan a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 faire machine arri\u00e8re plut\u00f4t que risquer une confrontation avec une opposition religieuse belliqueuse (<strong>2<\/strong>).
