{"id":80044,"date":"2020-07-31T16:56:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T14:56:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=80044"},"modified":"2020-07-31T16:56:22","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T14:56:22","slug":"le-plastique-outil-de-financement-pour-leurope","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2020\/07\/31\/le-plastique-outil-de-financement-pour-leurope\/","title":{"rendered":"Le plastique, outil de financement pour l\u2019Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019un des grands moyens de financement du plan de relance pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9bat public par les dirigeants europ\u00e9ens repose sur la \u00ab&#160;taxe plastique&#160;\u00bb qui entrera en vigueur le 1er janvier 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Taxer le plastique non recycl\u00e9.<\/strong>\u00a0Le principe est assez simple&#160;: chaque kilo de plastique non recycl\u00e9 sera tax\u00e9 (\u00e0 un taux initial de 80 centimes). L\u2019objectif est d\u2019atteindre 100&#160;% de plastique recycl\u00e9 ou r\u00e9utilis\u00e9 en 2030. C\u2019est l\u2019Union directement qui percevra les revenus de cette taxe.<\/li><li><strong>Un d\u00e9bat \u00e0 creuser.<\/strong>\u00a0Le fait que cette taxe abonde les ressources propres de l\u2019Union (en plus des contributions des \u00c9tats membres) a fait dire \u00e0 de nombreux dirigeants que ce ne seraient pas les citoyens europ\u00e9ens qui financeraient directement la dette de la Commission, comme si la taxe ne se r\u00e9percuterait en aucun cas sur le prix final pay\u00e9 par les consommateurs de plastique.<\/li><li><strong>De plus,<\/strong>\u00a0cela suppose une am\u00e9lioration massive des r\u00e9seaux de recyclage de plastique, qui n\u2019ont pas encore atteint leur complet d\u00e9ploiement actuellement.
