Bien avant la pand\u00e9mie le Chili \u00e9tait en proie \u00e0 une vague de r\u00e9voltes sociales (depuis le \u00ab&#160;180&#160;\u00bb, 18 octobre 2019) \u00e9manant de la hausse du prix du ticket de m\u00e9tro. Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum chilien, qui devait se tenir en avril, aura finalement lieu le 25 octobre. Les Chiliens diront s\u2019ils veulent un changement de constitution et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de quelle nature sera l\u2019organe qui la r\u00e9digera.<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9chec de la solution n\u00e9olib\u00e9rale&#160;:<\/strong>\u00a0pour Enr\u00edquez-Ominami, cin\u00e9aste et homme politique progressiste chilien, le Chili est un mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement uniquement \u00ab&#160;pour les conservateurs et les Chicago Boys&#160;\u00bb, avec une dette publique faible. Leurs situations sont cependant tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes selon les \u00c9tats.
