Le conflit en Libye repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable pi\u00e8ge pour toutes ces populations&#160;: violences de la part des trafiquants, de bandes criminelles ou encore de groupes arm\u00e9s, racket organis\u00e9, &#8230; La crise du Covid-19 a eu des cons\u00e9quences particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9sastreuses sur des populations qui sont de moins en moins prises en compte.
