L\u2019occasion de faire un bilan des diff\u00e9rentes tendances et hypoth\u00e8ses qui se dessinent sur la recomposition de l\u2019ordre mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Les v\u00e9ritables le\u00e7ons du 75e anniversaire de la Seconde Guerre mondiale <\/em>&#160;:\u00a0<\/strong>c\u2019est le titre du\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=712ce0eb03&amp;e=f9b412825a\" target=\"_blank\">texte<\/a>\u00a0publi\u00e9 par Vladimir Poutine le 18 juin dernier. Alors que le pouvoir central est fragilis\u00e9 par un faisceau de causes, cette v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9\u00e9criture de l\u2019histoire qui refoule les mots de communisme et de d\u00e9mocratie \u2013 absents du texte \u2013 a pour but d\u2019affirmer en interne comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 de l\u2019actuel r\u00e9gime russe et du mod\u00e8le poutinien face \u00e0 celui des d\u00e9mocraties lib\u00e9rales, \u00e0 moins de deux semaines du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum constitutionnel du 1er juillet.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Diplomatie russe.<\/strong>\u00a0Le d\u00e9fil\u00e9 rempla\u00e7ant la parade du 9 mai, Jour de la Victoire, aura lieu ce mercredi dans les 28 villes russes qui ont accept\u00e9 de l\u2019organiser.
