C\u2019est donc l\u2019occasion de se demander quel sera l\u2019avenir du continent africain apr\u00e8s la crise du COVID-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La vague arrivera-t-elle&#160;?&nbsp;<\/strong>Si l\u2019Afrique est actuellement moins affect\u00e9e par le covid que le reste du monde, en raison d\u2019une population plus jeune et de comportements ma\u00eetris\u00e9s face aux \u00e9pisodes pand\u00e9miques (notamment Ebola), les courbes sont en hausse. En 2 mois, les chiffres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9s par 17.<\/li><li><strong>La crise sanitaire risque d\u2019\u00eatre dramatique&#160;:&nbsp;<\/strong>le faible acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de l\u2019eau potable et trait\u00e9e, les capacit\u00e9s hospitali\u00e8res tr\u00e8s basses, ainsi que la difficult\u00e9 de la mise en place de restrictions de circulation, pourraient empirer rapidement la situation.<\/li><li><strong>Surtout, le choc \u00e9conomique&#160;:<\/strong>&nbsp;l\u2019effondrement des exportations de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de p\u00e9trole, ainsi que l\u2019inexistence du tourisme, p\u00e8sent d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur de nombreux \u00c9tats africains. La Banque mondiale pr\u00e9dit une r\u00e9cession en Afrique pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 25 ans.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/lUTka\/1\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le poids de la dette&#160;:<\/strong>\u00a0alors que le coronavirus expose les pays africains \u00e0 d\u2019importantes difficult\u00e9s budg\u00e9taires, l\u2019endettement risque de s\u2019accro\u00eetre.
