Depuis le 4 mai, les lyc\u00e9es ont rouverts en Allemagne et en Autriche (pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de terminales). La Belgique entre dans la phase dite \u00ab&#160;1B&#160;\u00bb, avec l\u2019ouverture des commerces, mais les \u00e9coles restent ferm\u00e9es jusqu\u2019au 18 mai. La Communaut\u00e9 de Madrid n\u2019entrera pas imm\u00e9diatement dans la premi\u00e8re phase de d\u00e9confinement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/IggVs\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tat des fronti\u00e8res<\/strong>. Les fronti\u00e8res ext\u00e9rieures de l\u2019Union restent ferm\u00e9es et les circulations int\u00e9rieures sont soumises \u00e0 des restrictions h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Cependant, les r\u00e9centes annonces fran\u00e7aises exemptant de mise en quatorzaine tout arrivant de pays de l\u2019espace europ\u00e9en &#8211; les mesures sanitaires y \u00e9tant align\u00e9es &#8211; pourraient signifier la volont\u00e9 d\u2019un retour progressif \u00e0 la libre circulation. En Afrique, 32 pays ont impos\u00e9 la fermeture totale de leurs fronti\u00e8res \u00e0 la circulation des personnes. Les Etats-Unis ont annonc\u00e9 la suspension de l\u2019immigration de r\u00e9sidents permanents.<\/li><li><strong>En Afrique<\/strong>, les effets \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et sanitaires d\u2019un confinement complet le rendent impossible \u00e0 mettre en place dans la majorit\u00e9 des \u00c9tats.
