Une r\u00e9forme constitutionnelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e, qui abrogerait la limite de deux mandats cons\u00e9cutifs et lui permettrait de se repr\u00e9senter en 2024, pour deux nouveaux mandats.
