La \u201cr\u00e9volution d\u2019Amlo\u201d est en train de commencer. Apr\u00e8s sa victoire aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles d\u00e9but juillet (<strong>1<\/strong>), Andr\u00e9s Manuel Lopez Obrador (surnomm\u00e9 \u201cAmlo\u201d par ses supporteurs) promet changer profond\u00e9ment le Mexique et son positionnement dans le monde.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une d\u00e9monstration des intentions plus r\u00e9solues a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9e&#160;:  les menaces de l\u2019annulation de l\u2019Accord de libre-\u00e9change nord-am\u00e9ricain (Alena), en vigueur depuis 1994, ainsi que les propos racistes de Trump contre les mexicains, on fait d\u00e9clarer \u00e0 Amlo que \u201cle Mexique n\u2019est ni une colonie ni un protectorat am\u00e9ricain\u201d (<strong>2<\/strong>). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un discours progressiste de gauche, port\u00e9e par des id\u00e9aux d\u2019interventionnisme \u00e9tatique et de redistribution des richesse, Amlo deviendra, le 1er d\u00e9cembre, le premier pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9solument de gauche du Mexique. Il pr\u00e9pare d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 sa prise de fonction&#160;: ce mois-ci il a initi\u00e9 des conversations avec le Canada au sujet de l&rsquo;Alena pour souligner sa nature trilat\u00e9rale. Il a \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un projet conjoint entre le Mexique et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique Centrale pour lutter contre les causes de l\u2019immigration irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re&#160;: pauvret\u00e9, violence et corruption (<strong>3<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Mexique semble tourner son regard vers l\u2019Am\u00e9rique Latine et porte l\u2019ambition de se positionner comme un pays m\u00e9diateur et actif sur les plans sociaux et politiques plut\u00f4t que de subir une situation de zone tampon entre les Etats-Unis et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique centrale. Des possibilit\u00e9s pour l\u2019Europe de trouver un alli\u00e9 inattendu dans le continent&#160;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La Commission \u00e9conomique pour l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique latine et les Cara\u00efbes (Cepalc), commission r\u00e9gionale de l&rsquo;Onu, a suivi l\u2019initiative d\u2019\u201dAmlo\u201d et planifie d\u00e9j\u00e0 un projet  \u201c<em>Proyecto Centroam\u00e9rica<\/em>\u201d pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9gion centroam\u00e9ricaine.<\/li><li>Les r\u00e9formes promises par Amlo durant sa campagne sont ambitieuses (lutte contre la corruption, diminution des salaires des hauts fonctionnaires, et augmentation du salaire minimum) mais les experts
