Johnson avait alors choisi Sunak, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 plus loyal.<\/li><li><strong>Un assouplissement&#160;?<\/strong>\u00a0Sunak devrait annoncer des d\u00e9penses accrues, notamment en faveur des administrations et des infrastructures (haut d\u00e9bit). Pour financer cette hausse des d\u00e9penses, il pourrait consid\u00e9rer de nouvelles taxes locales. Johnson a toutefois refus\u00e9 un imp\u00f4t sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des plus riches.<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et favoriser le Nord\u00a0<\/strong>&#160;: le budget devrait cibler les provinces du nord qui ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 la victoire de d\u00e9cembre, et sont tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentes dans les discours r\u00e9cents des Tories, en r\u00e9duisant notamment la pression fiscale sur ces contribuables.
