Revendiqu\u00e9e par la Katiba Oqba ibn Nafi, une \u00e9manation locale du groupe alg\u00e9rien Al Qa\u00efda au Maghreb islamique (AQMI), cette derni\u00e8re attaque n\u2019est que le dernier incident d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de combats qui voient s\u2019affronter depuis des mois, le long de la fronti\u00e8re entre la Tunisie et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, les jihadistes et les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des deux pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tunis affronte une mouvance complexe compos\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois de membres d\u2019Al Qa\u00efda et de sympathisants de l\u2019\u00c9tat islamique. \u00c0 l\u2019ouest, dans le Dejbel Chaambi, le petit maquis de la Katiba Iqba ibn Nafi harc\u00e8le les forces arm\u00e9es tunisiennes (<strong>1<\/strong>). A l\u2019est, le long de la fronti\u00e8re avec la Libye, les infiltrations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pression s\u00e9curitaire exerc\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s avec l\u2019aide de leurs alli\u00e9s occidentaux, mais le danger demeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un pays qui vit essentiellement de son tourisme et tente de pr\u00e9server le seul syst\u00e8me d\u00e9mocratique n\u00e9 des r\u00e9volutions de 2010\/2011, l\u2019enjeu n\u2019est pas seulement \u00e9conomique mais politique, et m\u00eame social. La Tunisie a longtemps ni\u00e9, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019absurde, la dimension locale du jihadisme pour l\u2019imputer \u00e0 d\u2019obscures influences ext\u00e9rieures (<strong>2<\/strong>).
