Cette r\u00e9vision aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;aux n\u00e9gociations tripartites (Russie, Ukraine, UE) concernant le transit gazier ukrainien. Pour m\u00e9moire, en novembre 2017, la Commission a propos\u00e9 des modifications \u00e0 ce document afin que ce dernier puisse s&rsquo;appliquer aux gazoducs marins entrant dans l&rsquo;UE. Cela pourrait concerner premi\u00e8rement le projet du gazoduc marin Nord Stream 2 de capacit\u00e9 de 55 milliards de m3 par an que Gazprom envisage de poser en Allemagne. Selon la r\u00e9daction actuelle, les pays membres peuvent d\u00e9finir eux-m\u00eames les normes pour les fournisseurs de gaz via des gazoducs marins. Le 20 juin, selon Vedomosti, plusieurs pays dont l&rsquo;Autriche, la Belgique, la France et l&rsquo;Allemagne ont propos\u00e9 de reporter les discussions sur la r\u00e9vision du 3\u00e8me paquet, \u00e9ventuellement afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter son impact n\u00e9gatif sur les n\u00e9gociations tripartites \u00e0 venir pouvant avoir lieu les 17 et 18 juillet prochain (<strong>1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Gazprom bat les records de fourniture du gaz vers l\u2019UE. Les six premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, l\u2019entreprise a fourni 101,2 milliards de m3. Sur toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, Gazprom pourrait fournir environ 205 milliards de m3, voire plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Wintershall, Mario Meren, la demande de gaz russe ne pourra qu\u2019augmenter dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir (<strong>2<\/strong>). Son entreprise est une des partenaires clefs de Gazprom et participe \u00e0 la construction de Nord Stream 2. M. Meren est s\u00fbr&#160;: l\u2019Europe a besoin du gaz russe, \u00ab&#160;il lui faudrait plus de gaz et moins de politique&#160;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
