Le pr\u00e9sident sortant, Klaus Iohannis, est arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate avec 36,7&#160;% des voix. Presque 700 000 personnes ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture des urnes du vendredi (8 novembre) au dimanche (10 novembre) et \u00e0 l\u2019introduction du vote par correspondance. Apr\u00e8s des manifestations massives contre les multiples tentatives d\u2019affaiblir l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de la justice, l&rsquo;incarc\u00e9ration de l\u2019homme fort du parti (Liviu Dragnea) au mois de mai, un score faible aux \u00e9lections europ\u00e9ennes (22,5&#160;%), le gouvernement a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvers\u00e9 le 10 octobre par un vote de d\u00e9fiance. N\u00e9anmoins, le score permet au PSD de reste la deuxi\u00e8me force politique du pays, option donc viable pour les \u00e9lections locales et l\u00e9gislatives pr\u00e9vues pour juin 2020.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On note \u00e9galement une tension entre les villes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et le reste du pays. Une premi\u00e8re pour la Roumanie, la pr\u00e9sence en milieu urbain a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus importante qu&rsquo;en milieu rural. Le PSD garde une forte emprise territoriale dans les campagnes, alors que les villes, comme la diaspora, ont vot\u00e9 plut\u00f4t pour les candidats du centre\/centre-droit. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e9lection \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle pertinente<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019espace politique roumain devient de plus en plus fragment\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019image des \u00e9volutions dans plusieurs pays ouest-europ\u00e9ens. \u00c0 noter \u00e9galement que l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de USR-Plus en troisi\u00e8me position repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi non pas seulement pour le parti social-d\u00e9mocrate, mais aussi pour son opposant historique, le PNL de Klaus Iohannis. \u00c9galement, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e en quatri\u00e8me position avec 9,2&#160;% des voix, du parti de Victor Ponta (ancien PSD) PRO Roumanie, soul\u00e8ve la question de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la social-d\u00e9mocratie, 30 ans apr\u00e8s la chute du communisme, par une entit\u00e9 politique nouvelle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ce point de vue la situation roumaine ne s\u2019ins\u00e8re pas dans les tendances r\u00e9gionales. Les craintes et les nombreux avertissements de Bruxelles concernant l\u2019affaiblissement de l\u2019\u00e9tat de droit et de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendence de la justice ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dissip\u00e9 avec le renversement du gouvernement PSD le 10 octobre dernier. Comme le mentionnait Dacian Ciolo\u0219 dans <a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/7788BB9C-4D78-4594-8FE4-DD93D73BAABD\/la%20socie%CC%81te%CC%81%20roumaine%20a%20atteint%20un%20certain%20degre%CC%81%20de%20maturite%CC%81%20qui%20lui%20permet%20d%E2%80%99avoir%20un%20ro%CC%82le%20curatif%20dans%20le%20jeu%20politique\">un entretien<\/a> pour le <em>Grand Continent<\/em>, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 roumaine a atteint un certain degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9 qui lui permet d\u2019avoir un r\u00f4le de r\u00e9equilibrage dans le jeu politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>14 novembre&#160;: audition par le Parlement europ\u00e9en de la candidate roumaine, Adina V\u0103lean,<strong> <\/strong>au poste de Commissaire europ\u00e9en (Transport). <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Math\u00e9maticienne de formation, Adina V\u0103lean est membre du Parlement europ\u00e9en depuis l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de la Roumanie \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne en 2007. Elle figure parmi les eurod\u00e9put\u00e9s les plus influents (4\u00e8me position selon le classement de VoteWatch Europe). Vice-pr\u00e9sidente du Parlement europ\u00e9en de 2014 \u00e0 2019, elle \u00e9tait, depuis juillet 2019, pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission de l&rsquo;industrie, de la recherche et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, qui avait rejet\u00e9 la candidature de Sylvie Goulard. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>24 novembre&#160;: deuxi\u00e8me tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection
