Les Forces Sp\u00e9ciales am\u00e9ricaines intensifient leur pr\u00e9sence dans la r\u00e9gion de la mer baltique (<strong>3<\/strong>), ajoutant une nouvelle strate de d\u00e9fense aux forces de l\u2019OTAN pr\u00e9sentes dans la r\u00e9gion. Le renouveau de l\u2019attention de l\u2019OTAN \u00e0 ses fronti\u00e8res orientales s\u2019est jusqu\u2019alors concentr\u00e9 sur des groupements tactiques conventionnels et multinationaux. Cependant, ces <em>battlegroups<\/em> ne repr\u00e9sentent qu\u2019une force de la taille d\u2019une petite brigade servant de fil de d\u00e9tente et d\u2019outil politique pour dissuader un fait accompli russe, comme ce fut le cas en Crim\u00e9e en 2014. Si la fronti\u00e8re lituano-polonaise devait \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9e par des forces russes, les \u00c9tats baltes seraient ind\u00e9fendables jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une contre-attaque soit organis\u00e9e, ce qui serait le r\u00f4le des Forces Sp\u00e9ciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La United States Special Operation Command (USSOCOM) a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9organiser les forces expertes en une unit\u00e9 de la taille d\u2019une division, la First Special Forces Command (<strong>1<\/strong>). En r\u00e9orientant ces forces des missions antiterroristes \u00e0 la guerre non conventionnelle, l\u2019OTAN sera dot\u00e9e d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse plus flexible contre la strat\u00e9gie de raid de la Russie qui se caract\u00e9rise par son asym\u00e9trie (<strong>2<\/strong>). La guerre non-conventionnelle dans la r\u00e9gion balte pourrait ressembler \u00e0 celle des \u00e9quipes de l\u2019Op\u00e9ration Jedburgh dans l\u2019Europe occup\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la seconde guerre mondiale, durant laquelle de petites \u00e9quipes d\u2019experts fournissait entra\u00eenement et ressources aux r\u00e9seaux de r\u00e9sistance organis\u00e9s afin de collecter des renseignements et de saboter les man\u0153uvres des occupants ennemis. En \u00e9tendant le programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement des forces sp\u00e9ciales am\u00e9ricaines actuellement utilis\u00e9 en Ukraine aux pays baltes, les soldats de ces pays pourraient de nouveaux \u00ab&#160;Fr\u00e8res de la for\u00eat&#160;\u00bb capables de planter une \u00e9pine dans le pieds de l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe pendant que l\u2019OTAN pr\u00e9parerait la riposte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le National Defense Authorization Acte 2019 sera d\u00e9battu au Congr\u00e8s am\u00e9ricain avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e&#160;: on saura alors s\u2019il y a une augmentation du budget allou\u00e9 aux forces sp\u00e9ciales dans leur ensemble et si des fonds seront accord\u00e9s aux troupes stationnant en Europe.<\/li><li>Le retour des forces sp\u00e9ciales am\u00e9ricaines en Europe signifie plus d\u2019exercices en commun avec les partenaires europ\u00e9ens et
