{"id":4730,"date":"2018-06-24T22:00:15","date_gmt":"2018-06-24T20:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/?p=4730"},"modified":"2019-05-24T15:49:19","modified_gmt":"2019-05-24T13:49:19","slug":"trafic-desclaves-en-libye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2018\/06\/24\/trafic-desclaves-en-libye\/","title":{"rendered":"Trafic d&rsquo;esclaves en Libye"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Tripoli.<\/em> Le 7 juin, le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies a sanctionn\u00e9 six chefs de r\u00e9seaux de trafiquants de migrants en Libye (<strong>3<\/strong>), renouvelant ainsi l\u2019attention sur le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019esclavage en Libye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau des trafiquants est compos\u00e9 de groupes arm\u00e9s qui contr\u00f4lent les fronti\u00e8res sud et une partie de la c\u00f4te du pays. Les march\u00e9s illicites se trouvent principalement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de Tripoli. Des migrants, essentiellement des jeunes hommes, y sont vendus comme esclaves pour des sommes allant de 300 \u00e0 500 dollars (<strong>2<\/strong>). Originaires surtout du Nigeria, du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de Gambie, les migrants sont captur\u00e9s par de diff\u00e9rentes milices op\u00e9rant dans le pays alors qu&rsquo;ils font route vers le nord de la Libye, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 ils comptent gagner l\u2019Europe en traversant la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le gouvernement de transition n&rsquo;est pas capable d&rsquo;arr\u00eater ce business lucratif. La Libye est harcel\u00e9e par les luttes d&rsquo;influence et les violences entre groupes arm\u00e9s rivaux depuis la chute du r\u00e9gime de Kadhafi en 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disparition de l&rsquo;esclavage dans la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 du XXe si\u00e8cle fut li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;urbanisation et le d\u00e9veloppement industriel. N\u00e9anmoins, une reconfiguration \u00e9conomique apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;assassinat de Kadhafi, l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence des groupes arm\u00e9s contr\u00f4lant l&rsquo;industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et le d\u00e9clin des conditions de vie ont favoris\u00e9 le renouveau de ce traffic (<strong>1<\/strong>). Le pays a besoin d&rsquo;un ensemble des dispositions visant \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 et au chaos politique. Certains croient que la crise devrait se r\u00e9soudre avec le temps, mais contrairement \u00e0 tous les espoirs, elle risque de s&rsquo;aggraver, puisque la stabilit\u00e9 du pays et la paix semblent
