Il s\u2019agirait des raffineries \u00e9loign\u00e9es des march\u00e9s export (r\u00e9gions de Povoljie, Oural, Sib\u00e9rie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de la man\u0153uvre fiscale, ces raffineries pourraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une accise remboursable, sous forme des subventions qui couvriraient plus qu\u2019\u00e0 100&#160;% l\u2019accise pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e sur le p\u00e9trole (le taux de cette accise remboursable serait en fonction du taux des produits p\u00e9troliers blancs sortant des raffineries). Il s\u2019agirait en outre des raffineries qui approvisionnent le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur en essence Euro-5 et en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour les usines p\u00e9trochimiques, des raffineries dont les propri\u00e9taires sont sous sanctions, ainsi que des raffineries ind\u00e9pendantes n\u2019ayant pas pu terminer la modernisation. Initialement, le budget envisageait un profit de la man\u0153uvre de 1600 milliards de roubles en 2019-2024, mais compte tenu des deux amendements, cette somme serait r\u00e9duite de plus de 430 milliards de roubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le 21 juin le Gouvernement a officiellement
