Hong Kong. <\/em>Agnes Chow est l\u2019une des figures du parti Demosist\u00f4 luttant pour \u00ab l\u2019auto-d\u00e9termination \u00bb de Hong-Kong, et contre \u00ab l\u2019oppression du parti communiste chinois \u00bb <\/span>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Les fondateurs du parti sont Nathan Law (25 ans), Joshua Wong (22 ans) et Agnes Chow (22 ans). D\u00e8s 2012 ils militaient pour la mise en place d\u2019une r\u00e9elle \u00e9ducation neutre et objective et s\u2019opposaient aux programmes scolaires pro-P\u00e9kin, dans le syndicat \u00e9tudiant Scholarism<\/em>, dont Agnes Chow \u00e9tait la porte-parole. Ils ont particip\u00e9 \u00e9galement aux mouvement des parapluies en 2014 lors duquel un sit-in a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 au centre financier de Hong Kong afin de r\u00e9clamer le vote au suffrage universel. En 2016 le parti Demosist\u00f4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans la continuit\u00e9 du syndicat \u00e9tudiant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le contexte du bras de fer qui a r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 nouveau oppos\u00e9 les hongkongais et les pouvoirs locaux (et P\u00e9kin) sur la loi d\u2019extradition de criminels, Agnes Chow s\u2019est rendue \u00e0 T\u00f4ky\u00f4 le lundi 10 juin. Devant les journalistes, elle a appel\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s japonaises \u00e0 surveiller et prot\u00e9ger Hong-Kong. Le tout dans un \u00ab japonais courant \u00bb souligne le Japan Times <\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 13 juin un rassemblement de soutien \u00e0 Shibuya a r\u00e9uni environ 2000 personnes selon le Mainichi Shimbun <\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. La manifestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par Motoyama Shinjir\u00f4 du mouvement des SEALDs, un mouvement d\u00e9mocrate qui s\u2019est oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 Abe Shinz\u00f4 en 2015 et 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La victoire des militants hongkongais est per\u00e7ue comme un camouflet par P\u00e9kin. La presse chinoise officielle d\u00e9nonce des manifestations orchestr\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9tranger et accuse les opposants politiques de \u00ab collusion avec l\u2019Occident \u00bb <\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 27 juin, le jour de la rencontre entre Abe Shinz\u00f4 et Xi Jinping, Joshua Wong et Agn\u00e8s Chow ont \u00e0 nouveau organis\u00e9 une manifestation <\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span> afin d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention des membres du G20. Les membres de Demosist\u00f4 ont \u00e9galement beaucoup communiqu\u00e9 sur Twitter, Joshua Wong publie en anglais et Agn\u00e8s Chow en Japonais. On peut aussi ajouter les communications dans les journaux Japan Times<\/em> et New York Times<\/em> intitul\u00e9 \u00ab We resist for what we deserve \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des efforts qui portent leur fruits : selon le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Nishimura Yasutoshi, lors de la rencontre, Abe Shinz\u00f4 a rappel\u00e9 son attachement \u00e0 la libert\u00e9, au libre \u00e9change et au principe \u00ab un pays, deux syst\u00e8mes \u00bb. Le conflit territorial des \u00eeles Senkaku\/Diaoyu a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Le Japon peut ainsi se placer en protecteur des nations et de la libert\u00e9. Le Japon ne peut rester sans rien dire quand il s\u2019agit du sort de Hong-Kong, de Ta\u00efwan ou de tout ce qui se passe en Mer de Chine notamment \u00e0 propos des Senkaku. Ces questions territoriales sont toutes li\u00e9s.<\/li>
  • Depuis 2018 les deux pays ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se rapprocher et la Chine \u00e9tant en pleine guerre commerciale avec les USA, pourrait voir le Japon comme un partenaire incontournable.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
