reconnus en mati\u00e8re de drones, Serhii Beskrestnov, a confirm\u00e9 que SpaceX, l\u2019entreprise d\u2019Elon Musk qui op\u00e8re le service d\u2019Internet par satellite Starlink, avait limit\u00e9 l\u2019offre militaire Starshield, dont Kiev se sert notamment pour ses drones&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-364137' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/10\/14\/lukraine-peut-elle-encore-compter-sur-starlink\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-364137' title='&lt;a 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ces nouvelles restrictions, impos\u00e9es dans la nuit du 13 au 14 octobre, semblent limit\u00e9es aux terminaux Starlink fonctionnant \u00ab&#160;en mouvement&#160;\u00bb, soit les dispositifs qui permettent le transfert de donn\u00e9es entre le pilote et l\u2019engin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elles brident ces terminaux \u00e0 160 km\/h&#160;: un seuil qui emp\u00eache de fait l\u2019usage de nombreux drones de frappe \u00e0 moyenne port\u00e9e, utilis\u00e9s notamment pour viser les lignes d\u2019approvisionnement de l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe dans le sud de l\u2019Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plusieurs militaires ukrainiens auraient toutefois observ\u00e9 des coupures de la connexion avec le service \u00e0 des vitesses bien plus basses&#160;: d\u00e8s 70 voire 60 km\/h&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-364137' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span lourdement nuire aux capacit\u00e9s d\u2019interception de drones russes de type Shahed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon Serhii Beskrestnov, la limite pourrait en effet permettre \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de drones Shahed \u2013 dont les derni\u00e8res versions, comme le Geran-5, atteignent des vitesses allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 600 km\/h \u2013 de passer au travers des d\u00e9fenses ukrainiennes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 cette vitesse, seuls quelques mod\u00e8les de drones intercepteurs et des missiles de d\u00e9fense antia\u00e9rienne, comme ceux des syst\u00e8mes Patriot am\u00e9ricains, dont l\u2019Ukraine manque, peuvent intercepter efficacement ces projectiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zelensky a aussi reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 ses \u00ab&#160;partenaires&#160;\u00bb, au premier rang desquels Washington, de ne pas avoir partag\u00e9 d\u2019informations relatives \u00e0 des tirs de missiles balistiques russes qui ont vis\u00e9 Kiev dans la soir\u00e9e des 12 et 13 En f\u00e9vrier, SpaceX avait, \u00e0 la demande de Kiev, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/02\/16\/larmee-ukrainienne-tire-profit-de-la-deconnexion-des-forces-russes-de-starlink-pour-contre-attaquer\/\">mis fin<\/a> \u00e0 plus de deux ans d\u2019utilisation ill\u00e9gale du service par l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe, ce qui avait eu d\u2019importantes cons\u00e9quences sur ses capacit\u00e9s de communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depuis 2022, les relations entre l\u2019Ukraine et Musk avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement assur\u00e9es par Mykha\u00eflo Fedorov, l\u2019ex-ministre de la D\u00e9fense <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/07\/17\/en-ukraine-le-limogeage-du-ministre-de-la-defense-fedorov-pourrait-avoir-des-consequences-sur-la-trajectoire-de-la-guerre\/\">limog\u00e9<\/a> par Zelensky en juillet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celui-ci avait notamment jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le actif d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la guerre dans la mise en service de terminaux Starlink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon une source proche de Fedorov \u2013 qui s\u2019est depuis rapproch\u00e9 de plusieurs figures de la tech am\u00e9ricaine, dont le PDG de Palantir, Alex Karp \u2013, l\u2019ex-ministre aurait <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/08\/25\/palantir-veut-recruter-mykhailo-fedorov-lhomme-fort-de-la-tech-ukrainienne\/\">conserv\u00e9<\/a> un canal de communication avec Musk pour discuter de Starlink.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les limites impos\u00e9es par SpaceX \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e ukrainienne ne devraient pas avoir d\u2019impact direct sur les frappes \u00e0 longue distance visant des infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques sur le territoire russe, pour lesquelles l\u2019usage de Starlink \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 restreint. Elles pourraient n\u00e9anmoins fournir un levier suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l\u2019administration Trump pour obtenir la fin de ces frappes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moscou
