Le parti pr\u00e9sidentiel obtiendrait 57,8&#160;% des voix, et le taux de participation s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 59,3&#160;%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parti de Poutine remporterait ainsi le plus grand nombre de si\u00e8ges au Parlement de son histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Russie Unie devrait gagner 31 si\u00e8ges \u00e0 la Douma d\u2019\u00c9tat, la chambre basse de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale russe, passant de 324 suite aux \u00e9lections de 2021 \u00e0 355 et remporter 208 des 225 si\u00e8ges dans les circonscriptions uninominales, qui d\u00e9signent chacune un seul d\u00e9put\u00e9 au scrutin majoritaire. L&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 des si\u00e8ges de la Douma est r\u00e9partie \u00e0 la proportionnelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>301 si\u00e8ges sont requis \u00e0 la Douma pour une majorit\u00e9 constitutionnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/LTh18\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une analyse suivant la m\u00e9thode Chpilkine, sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de plus de 20 000 bureaux (sur environ 89 000), le vote aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 gonfl\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 16 points en faveur de Russie Unie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;analyste russe Piotr Jijine estime que le parti pr\u00e9sidentiel aurait en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 obtenu 41,9&#160;% des voix, les r\u00e9sultats officiels ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 artificiellement redress\u00e9s&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-359050' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/09\/21\/le-parti-de-poutine-obtient-le-plus-grand-nombre-de-sieges-de-son-histoire-a-la-douma\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-359050' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/x.com\/PeterZhizhin\/status\/2101811371817988427&quot;&gt;Publication sur X de \u041f\u0451\u0442\u0440 \u0416\u0438\u0436\u0438\u043d&lt;\/a&gt;, 21 septembre 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le graphique ci-dessous distingue clairement deux groupes&#160;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un premier cluster repr\u00e9sentant environ 73&#160;% des bureaux indique une dynamique de vote \u00ab&#160;normale&#160;\u00bb, avec un r\u00e9sultat de 41,9&#160;% pour Russie Unie&#160;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un second, qui repr\u00e9sente 27&#160;% des bureaux de vote, affiche un taux de participation moyen disproportionn\u00e9 de 90&#160;%, et un score d&rsquo;environ 70&#160;% pour Russie Unie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/hSBJv\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;observateurs ind\u00e9pendants, la manipulation des r\u00e9sultats est devenue quasi syst\u00e9matique en Russie. Lors de sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9\u00e9lection, en 2024, Poutine s&rsquo;\u00e9tait artificiellement attribu\u00e9 plus de 20 millions de voix, faisant du scrutin <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/03\/21\/en-russie-jamais-une-election-na-ete-aussi-truquee-quen-2024\/\">le plus truqu\u00e9<\/a> de l&rsquo;histoire r\u00e9cente du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La manipulation des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9lectoraux vise \u00e0 r\u00e9affirmer la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 du r\u00e9gime, r\u00e9compenser les fid\u00e8les et renouveler une partie des \u00e9lites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le secr\u00e9taire du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Russie Unie, Vladimir Yakushev, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que 86 v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de la guerre en Ukraine avaient ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus \u00e0 la Douma, soit pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart (24&#160;%) des d\u00e9put\u00e9s du parti et un cinqui\u00e8me de la Douma
