Fedorov devient alors le principal point de contact de Palantir en Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Celui-ci confesse plus tard que l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de travailler avec l\u2019entreprise de surveillance am\u00e9ricaine, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les outils d\u2019IA de pointe, la collecte et la visualisation de donn\u00e9es, \u00e9tait dans un premier temps guid\u00e9e par le \u00ab&#160;d\u00e9sespoir&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-354592' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/08\/25\/palantir-veut-recruter-mykhailo-fedorov-lhomme-fort-de-la-tech-ukrainienne\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-354592' title='Vera Bergengruen, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/time.com\/6691662\/ai-ukraine-war-palantir\/&quot;&gt;How Tech Giants Turned Ukraine Into an AI War Lab&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Time&lt;\/em&gt;, 8 f\u00e9vrier 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelques semaines auparavant seulement, l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe avait atteint les faubourgs de la capitale et mena\u00e7ait de prendre le contr\u00f4le des institutions et de d\u00e9capiter le pouvoir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alors que la situation s\u2019am\u00e9liore pour l\u2019Ukraine dans les mois qui suivent, notamment avec l\u2019offensive dans la r\u00e9gion de Kharkiv, Fedorov pr\u00e9sente aux entreprises technologiques, dont Palantir, le champ de bataille comme un \u00ab&#160;laboratoire&#160;\u00bb de la guerre moderne, dont Kiev deviendrait la capitale mondiale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En travaillant \u00e9troitement avec Fedorov, Palantir int\u00e8gre ses logiciels aux outils des minist\u00e8res de la D\u00e9fense, de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, et d\u2019autres agences gouvernementales. Ce sont toutefois surtout les images et donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es sur le front qui int\u00e9ressent particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019entreprise&#160;: en 2023, Karp affirme que Palantir se trouve derri\u00e8re \u00ab&#160;la plupart des frappes&#160;\u00bb men\u00e9es par Kiev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour l\u2019entreprise, la guerre en Ukraine constitue une vitrine commerciale extraordinaire, et permet \u00e0 Alex Karp de d\u00e9montrer en conditions r\u00e9elles l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ses syst\u00e8mes, qui seront plus tard utilis\u00e9s notamment par Isra\u00ebl pour sa guerre \u00e0 Gaza contre le Hamas.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/03\/09\/palantir-guerre-geopolitique\/\">Olivier Tesquet<\/a>, \u00ab&#160;l\u2019Ukraine a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour Palantir ce que la guerre du Golfe avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pour l\u2019industrie de d\u00e9fense am\u00e9ricaine dans les ann\u00e9es 1990&#160;: un laboratoire grandeur nature doubl\u00e9 d\u2019un argument de vente&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/gPfCy\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Convaincu avant l&rsquo;invasion du r\u00f4le que la technologie peut jouer pour moderniser l\u2019\u00c9tat ukrainien et accro\u00eetre l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du pays, Fedorov consid\u00e8re que les outils d\u2019intelligence artificielle, l\u2019analyse d\u2019imagerie satellite, la production en masse de drones et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019arm\u00e9e sont cruciaux pour remporter la guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tout en approfondissant son travail avec Palantir, il d\u00e9veloppe des partenariats avec Starlink et son PDG, Elon Musk, ainsi que l\u2019ex-PDG de Google, Eric Schmidt, dont l\u2019entreprise Swift Beat d\u00e9veloppe des <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/01\/07\/depuis-plus-dun-an-larmee-ukrainienne-teste-en-condition-reelle-des-drones-alimentes-par-lia\/\">drones assist\u00e9s<\/a> par intelligence artificielle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union en juin 2022, Fedorov et Karp se rencontrent \u00e0 nouveau au Forum de Davos en 2023, puis le PDG de Palantir se rend une deuxi\u00e8me fois \u00e0 Kiev en mai 2026, alors que Fedorov est ministre de la D\u00e9fense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avant la visite de Karp, en janvier, Fedorov avait annonc\u00e9 le lancement en partenariat avec Palantir d\u2019une \u00ab&#160;salle de donn\u00e9es bas\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es de guerre r\u00e9elles&#160;\u00bb, qui devrait permettre aux alli\u00e9s de l\u2019Ukraine d\u2019entra\u00eener leurs IA, en utilisant notamment les millions d\u2019heures de vid\u00e9os enregistr\u00e9es par des drones&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-354592'
