Moscou avait alors d\u00fb suspendre certaines op\u00e9rations, avant que ses soldats ne fassent face, quelques jours plus tard, \u00e0 une interdiction de Telegram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Russie ne dispose d\u2019aucun service d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet par satellite op\u00e9rationnel, et accuse dans ce domaine un retard consid\u00e9rable sur les \u00c9tats-Unis et l\u2019Europe, et d\u00e9sormais la Chine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mis \u00e0 part Starlink, seule la constellation OneWeb \u2013 op\u00e9r\u00e9e par le groupe franco-britannique Eutelsat depuis sa fusion avec OneWeb en 2023 \u2013 dispose d&rsquo;un service r\u00e9ellement op\u00e9rationnel \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 chinois, plusieurs entreprises, dont SpaceSail, qui a lanc\u00e9 plusieurs lots de satellites d\u00e9but juin, et Guowang notamment, d\u00e9veloppent activement leurs propres constellations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/GVCKZ\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La Russie, quant \u00e0 elle, mise sur un acteur pour l\u2019heure relativement peu connu&#160;: le Bureau 1440, une entreprise lanc\u00e9e en 2020 qui appartient \u00e0 la holding IKS (\u00ab&#160;\u0418\u041a\u0421 \u0425\u043e\u043b\u0434\u0438\u043d\u0433&#160;\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Celle-ci a lanc\u00e9 en 2023 ses premiers satellites exp\u00e9rimentaux, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante par une deuxi\u00e8me mise en orbite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mars 2026, quelques semaines apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9connexion de Starlink, le Bureau 1440 a lanc\u00e9 les 16 satellites qui devraient composer son futur r\u00e9seau \u00ab&#160;Rassvet&#160;\u00bb.
