{"id":348696,"date":"2026-07-28T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T04:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=348696"},"modified":"2026-07-28T00:30:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T22:30:12","slug":"la-guerre-en-ukraine-est-elle-en-train-de-se-connecter-avec-la-guerre-en-iran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/07\/28\/la-guerre-en-ukraine-est-elle-en-train-de-se-connecter-avec-la-guerre-en-iran\/","title":{"rendered":"La guerre en Ukraine est-elle en train de se connecter avec la guerre en Iran&#160;?\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&rsquo;accusation port\u00e9e par T\u00e9h\u00e9ran contre l&rsquo;Ukraine pourrait marquer un tournant&#160;: pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 2022, un autre \u00c9tat d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9 dans un conflit menace indirectement de rejoindre Moscou dans sa guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon l&rsquo;Iran, l&rsquo;Ukraine aurait attaqu\u00e9 au moyen d&rsquo;un drone un navire commercial iranien en mer Caspienne, causant la mort d&rsquo;un marin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019Ukraine avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9 ce type d&rsquo;attaques, visant notamment des navires utilis\u00e9s pour le transport de mat\u00e9riel militaire en provenance d&rsquo;Iran, ainsi qu&rsquo;un navire de guerre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon Kiev, le navire vis\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;transportait des composants destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des drones et \u00e0 des missiles \u00e0 destination de la Russie, et non des marchandises civiles&#160;\u00bb, comme l&rsquo;affirme l&rsquo;Iran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/I5kv8\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les menaces de repr\u00e9sailles \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019Ukraine prof\u00e9r\u00e9es dimanche 26 par le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res iranien font peser le risque d\u2019une implication plus active de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran dans la guerre qui oppose la Russie \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine. Un tel sc\u00e9nario rapprocherait dangereusement le conflit d\u2019une guerre \u00e9tendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La guerre russe contre l\u2019Ukraine a d\u00e9j\u00e0, dans un sens, une dimension globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afin de repousser les forces ukrainiennes dans l\u2019oblast de Koursk, la Russie a fait appel en 2024 \u00e0 plus de 10 000 soldats nord-cor\u00e9ens. Selon Zelensky, des infrastructures seraient en construction dans l\u2019oblast frontalier russe de Voronej pour accueillir 30 000 combattants nord-cor\u00e9ens suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des images diffus\u00e9es par des m\u00e9dias entre fin 2023 et d\u00e9but 2024 montraient quant \u00e0 elles des op\u00e9rations men\u00e9es par des forces sp\u00e9ciales ukrainiennes au <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/11\/07\/lukraine-combat-elle-wagner-au-soudan\/\">Soudan<\/a>, en soutien \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale contre les mercenaires russes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Wagner, alli\u00e9s aux Forces de soutien rapide (RSF).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement en Afrique que la Russie m\u00e8ne une campagne de recrutement active, non seulement pour combattre en Ukraine au sein de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e russe, mais aussi pour travailler dans les usines qui fabriquent les drones utilis\u00e9s sur le front.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon une enqu\u00eate de la BBC, au moins 3 500 combattants recrut\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger par Moscou auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s durant la guerre, principalement des nord-cor\u00e9ens mais aussi des Ouzb\u00e8kes, des Tadjiks, des G\u00e9orgiens et des Azerba\u00efdjanais&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-348696' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/07\/28\/la-guerre-en-ukraine-est-elle-en-train-de-se-connecter-avec-la-guerre-en-iran\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-348696' title='Olga Ivshina, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/bbcrussian.substack.com\/p\/foreigners-in-russias-war&quot;&gt;From Uganda to America&amp;#160;: The foreigners dying in Russia&amp;rsquo;s war&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;BBC News Russian&lt;\/em&gt;, 20 juillet 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/4UuyB\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La Russie est \u00e9galement soutenue par la Chine via l\u2019exportation de milliards d\u2019euros de biens \u00e0 double usage utilis\u00e9s par l\u2019industrie de d\u00e9fense. href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/05\/07\/dans-une-tribune-publiee-en-russe-xi-jinping-affirme-avoir-le-soutien-total-de-vladimir-poutine-pour-annexer-taiwan-traduction-inedite\/\">soutien<\/a> \u00e0 P\u00e9kin pour l\u2019annexion de Ta\u00efwan, un territoire souverain vis\u00e9 par un discours r\u00e9visionniste \u2013 que Moscou avait mobilis\u00e9 pour justifier l\u2019invasion de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019axe Russie-Chine-Iran-Cor\u00e9e du Nord est ainsi, \u00e0 divers niveaux, d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 impliqu\u00e9 dans la guerre russe contre l\u2019Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019Ukraine b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie quant \u00e0 elle d\u2019un soutien financier et militaire europ\u00e9en et de l\u2019appui des \u00c9tats-Unis, notamment via du renseignement et de l\u2019imagerie satellite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019Ukraine, un encha\u00eenement causal entre diff\u00e9rents th\u00e9\u00e2tres est visible&#160;: le 20 juillet, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/07\/21\/la-guerre-des-detroits-setend-les-houthis-annoncent-bloquer-les-ports-saoudiens-de-la-mer-rouge\/\">les Houthis ont annonc\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un embargo maritime<\/a> sur les ports et les navires saoudiens de la mer Rouge, bloquant ainsi la route que Riyad utilisait pour contourner le blocage du d\u00e9troit
