(DGSI) allaient mettre fin \u00e0 leur contrat avec Palantir au profit d\u2019une alternative fran\u00e7aise \u2013 ce que l\u2019entreprise am\u00e9ricaine d\u00e9ment&nbsp;<span explicitement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne pas vouloir \u00ab&#160;d\u00e9pendre du bon vouloir de certains partenaires, capables de couper le robinet d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s&#160;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ChapsVision est une entreprise d\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es et de conception d\u2019outils d\u2019intelligence artificielle \u00e0 destination des entreprises et des gouvernements, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celle-ci se positionne comme une alternative europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/08\/01\/quest-ce-que-palantir-le-nouveau-geant-de-la-surveillance-americain\/\">Palantir<\/a>, l\u2019entreprise leader du secteur co-fond\u00e9e par Peter Thiel, et d\u00e9veloppe depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es un concurrent \u00e0 sa plateforme Gotham.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ses revenus sont, pour l\u2019heure, largement inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux du g\u00e9ant am\u00e9ricain&#160;: 157 millions d\u2019euros en 2024 pour ChapsVision, contre 2,9 milliards de dollars pour Palantir cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/fWmz5\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sa croissance, le fondateur et directeur de l\u2019entreprise, Olivier Dellenbach, a notamment ax\u00e9 son mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement sur l\u2019acquisition de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dont les produits sont par la suite int\u00e9gr\u00e9s ou utilis\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer les services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Au total, ChapsVision a acquis 27 entreprises au cours de ses cinq premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es&nbsp;<span 2026.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On compte parmi celles-ci Elektron, prestataire du minist\u00e8re de la Justice pour les interceptions, Systran, l\u2019\u00e9diteur de traduction par IA et prestataire du minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es, ou Sinequa, un moteur de recherche intelligent pour les entreprises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La France est ainsi le deuxi\u00e8me pays europ\u00e9en \u00e0 signer un contrat majeur avec ChapsVision, quelques semaines apr\u00e8s un contrat similaire sign\u00e9 par l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de protection de la Constitution (BfV), l\u2019\u00e9quivalent allemand de la DGSI. L\u2019entreprise est \u00e9galement en discussion avec l\u2019arm\u00e9e allemande, et devrait fournir un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 sa plateforme \u00e0 tous les minist\u00e8res fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 partir de 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principal produit de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 destination des gouvernements est Argonos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une plateforme logicielle capable de visualiser et d\u2019analyser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle d\u2019importantes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, issues de renseignements en source ouverte (OSINT), de fichiers ou de bases de donn\u00e9es externes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle propose, \u00e0 l\u2019image de Palantir, de produire de \u00ab&#160;l\u2019ontologie&#160;\u00bb, soit \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;donner du sens aux donn\u00e9es en reliant entit\u00e9s, \u00e9v\u00e9nements et contextes&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La France avait eu pour la premi\u00e8re fois recours aux outils de Palantir suite aux attentats de novembre 2015. Paris estimait alors que l\u2019entreprise am\u00e9ricaine \u00e9tait la seule en mesure de fournir des services suffisamment sophistiqu\u00e9s \u2013 notamment croiser des donn\u00e9es biom\u00e9triques et des informations de surveillance, dans le cadre de la lutte antiterroriste \u2013 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses besoins&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span
