r\u00e9ouverture du d\u00e9troit d&rsquo;Ormuz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xi Jinping devrait recevoir Vladimir Poutine \u00e0 P\u00e9kin dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 du mois de mai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la Chine s\u2019est tenue jusqu\u2019ici relativement en retrait du conflit en Iran \u2014 P\u00e9kin ayant condamn\u00e9 la guerre sans aller beaucoup plus loin \u2014, l\u2019instauration du blocus am\u00e9ricain et l\u2019enlisement progressif de la guerre pourraient l\u2019inciter \u00e0 adopter une posture plus active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hier, mardi 14, Xi Jinping a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 un ordre international qui \u00ab&#160;s\u2019effondre dans le chaos&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019exprimant pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur la guerre en Iran \u2014 sans toutefois la nommer explicitement \u2014, il a affirm\u00e9 que P\u00e9kin continuerait de jouer un \u00ab&#160;r\u00f4le constructif&#160;\u00bb pour mettre fin \u00e0 la guerre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En d\u00e9but de semaine, le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res chinois, Wang Yi, avait exhort\u00e9 la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;s&rsquo;opposer sans \u00e9quivoque Iran pose plusieurs questions clefs \u00e0 P\u00e9kin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si, \u00e0 moyen-long terme, un enlisement am\u00e9ricain au Moyen-Orient d\u00e9tournerait des ressources militaires de la r\u00e9gion indo-pacifique, offrant \u00e0 P\u00e9kin une marge de man\u0153uvre accrue \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan ou en mer de Chine m\u00e9ridionale, \u00e0 court terme, P\u00e9kin risque, selon l\u2019issue du conflit, de voir une partie importante de ses acquis diplomatiques remise en cause.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En l\u2019absence d\u2019un soutien plus affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019Iran dans des cadres multilat\u00e9raux soutenus par la Chine, comme les BRICS ou l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration de Shanghai, pourrait \u00eatre fragilis\u00e9e, tout comme la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de P\u00e9kin aupr\u00e8s des pays du Sud global.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la Chine se trouve dans une position singuli\u00e8re&#160;: bien qu\u2019elle soit le plus grand importateur mondial de p\u00e9trole brut et le principal acheteur de p\u00e9trole iranien, elle demeure l\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019Asie de l\u2019Est la mieux prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre le choc imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la diversification de ses ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et \u00e0 sa transition \u00e9cologique, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz naturel import\u00e9s restent importants, sans \u00eatre dominants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2025, le charbon repr\u00e9sentait 51&#160;% de la consommation totale d\u2019\u00e9nergie de la Chine, et son taux global d\u2019autosuffisance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique atteignait 85&#160;%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En interdisant aux navires transportant le p\u00e9trole iranien de sortir du d\u00e9troit, les \u00c9tats-Unis cherchent \u00e0 accro\u00eetre le co\u00fbt de la guerre pour l\u2019Iran \u2014 mais aussi pour la Chine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avant la guerre, P\u00e9kin d\u00e9pendait de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran pour 11&#160;% de ses approvisionnements en p\u00e9trole, qui avait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent continu\u00e9 de transiter vers les ports chinois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/qgXxC\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toutefois, Washington pourrait ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de mettre en place un blocus si P\u00e9kin le testait, ce qui pourrait \u00e9galement remettre en cause la relative d\u00e9tente dans les relations sino-am\u00e9ricaines, qui devrait \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e par la visite de Trump en mai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, la guerre en Iran pose un probl\u00e8me \u00e9conomique imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 la Chine&#160;: un ralentissement de la demande mondiale affecterait directement ses exportations.
