f\u00e9vrier 2022, suite au lancement de l\u2019invasion \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de l\u2019Ukraine, la confiance en Poutine mesur\u00e9e par le Centre Panrusse d&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;opinion publique (VTsIOM), un institut de sondage officiel russe, est pass\u00e9e sous la barre des 75&#160;% en Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis, la tendance a continu\u00e9 de s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seulement 73,8&#160;% des Russes sond\u00e9s par VTsIOM disaient avoir \u00ab&#160;absolument&#160;\u00bb ou \u00ab&#160;plut\u00f4t&#160;\u00bb confiance en Poutine au 5 avril.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La c\u00f4te de popularit\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident russe a ainsi chut\u00e9 de 3,5 points en un mois, et de 7,6 points depuis le 1er d\u00e9cembre dernier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On retrouve une tendance similaire dans l\u2019approbation du mandat de Poutine dans la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par VTsIOM, entre le 30 mars et le 5 avril&#160;: 67,8&#160;%, contre 75,1&#160;% entre fin janvier et d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-327484' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs hypoth\u00e8ses permettent d\u2019expliquer cette chute soudaine et inhabituelle depuis 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tout d\u2019abord, la guerre isra\u00e9lo-am\u00e9ricaine contre l\u2019Iran a davantage diminu\u00e9 les attentes concernant la conclusion d\u2019un accord de paix avec l&rsquo;Ukraine et la tr\u00eave de deux jours \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du week-end de la P\u00e2ques orthodoxe n\u2019a pas d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur un cessez-le-feu plus durable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La guerre p\u00e8se sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la population, d\u2019autant plus que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des capacit\u00e9s ukrainiennes de frappe en profondeur contribuent \u00e0 rapprocher le front de la population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, le gouvernement russe a \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9 ses restrictions d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 plusieurs services de messagerie \u2014 Telegram et WhatsApp notamment \u2014 afin d\u2019inciter la population \u00e0 utiliser <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/07\/24\/max-la-messagerie-nationale-comment-poutine-veut-creer-un-goulag-numerique-en-russie\/\">son application officielle \u00ab&#160;Max&#160;\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cumul\u00e9e \u00e0 des coupures d\u2019Internet de plus en plus fr\u00e9quentes, \u00e9galement dans les grandes villes, comme \u00e0 Moscou, et \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 du Kremlin de restreindre l\u2019utilisation de VPN, qui permettent de contourner les restrictions, cette politique contribue \u00e0 une hausse du ressentiment vis-\u00e0-vis du pouvoir russe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces enqu\u00eates, si elles n\u2019auront pas d\u2019impact \u00e9lectoral sur les \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives \u00e0 venir, qui devraient avoir lieu d\u2019ici le mois de septembre, indiquent n\u00e9anmoins qu\u2019une part croissante de la population ose t\u00e9moigner de son opposition \u00e0 Poutine.<br>Selon le politologue russe Abbas Gallyamov&#160;: \u00ab&#160;Les chiffres ne constituent pas un indice de confiance, mais un indicateur de peur. La cote de confiance est une question ouverte du VTsIOM dans laquelle, au moment du sondage, on ne mentionne pas le nom de Poutine au r\u00e9pondant, ce qui lui permet simplement de ne pas citer le pr\u00e9sident parmi les personnalit\u00e9s politiques auxquelles il fait confiance. Le fait de ne pas avoir \u00e0 dire explicitement \u00ab&#160;non&#160;\u00bb \u00e0 Poutine permet au r\u00e9pondant d&rsquo;exprimer son attitude r\u00e9elle envers le chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-327484' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a
